|Recommended: YesGreat location but personnel needs improvement — Great location, building, and most of the staff are nice and helpful. Leasing agents are not equally friendly and helpful. You can tell some are more knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping, others not so much. I received very few instructions when I moved in simple things like how to lock unlock the door, as it isn't straightforward, go a long way.
|Recommended: YesGreat Experience — I have lived at Modera Parkside for 1 month and the experience has been incredible. Shaylynn was exceptional throughout the rental process and the staff here couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the property.
|Recommended: NoGreat people - corp cut corners — The staff and everyone are really amazing and helpful.
The construction was obviously overseen by someone concerned with money over quality. And feels like a poorly planned and executed building in a few different areas. Cheapest contractor crew possible I am sure. Cannot go that cheap.

|Recommended: YesBrand new move in — The move in process was pretty smooth. Only a few hiccups with some of the apps and credentials we need to smooth out. But the apartment looks great and we're excited for when the amenities open up in a few weeks. Or so we've been told.
