Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to satisfy the insurance requirements of your lease. The resident liability program is not renters insurance and does not cover personal property contents or liability coverage to third parties (other residents).
